Appointments

No Shows/Same Day Cancellations

To ensure we can provide the best care for all our patients, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Due to a growing number of same-day cancellations and missed appointments, we will be implementing a $60 fee for no-shows or late cancellations after three occurrences.

Cancellations

Our goal is to provide care to all our patients and to respect not only the Doctors time, but the concerns of a tightly booked schedule. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need prompt medical care.

Late Arrivals

If you will be arriving late for your scheduled appointment time, please notify us, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but realize that we will see all scheduled-on time appointments as our priority. We appreciate your patience, and understanding.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We know there are circumstances that impact your schedule beyond your control. We simply ask for communication so we may better help you. If you have a special circumstance, please call to speak with us. We are here to help!
