Dr. Andrea Oas

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Andrea Oas was born and raised in Snohomish County and has been immersed in the veterinary field since she was young. She knew that she wanted to be a veterinarian from the time she was 4 years old. Having a veterinarian as a family friend allowed her to be in the clinic setting from the time she was 6 years old, and she couldn’t imagine doing anything else for a career.

After high school, Dr. Oas started working as an assistant and receptionist at a local veterinary clinic until she started school at Everett Community College for her associates degree. She then transferred to Washington State University to finish her bachelor’s degree in Zoology and continued to graduate with her DVM from WSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.
Dr. Oas has practiced in the Snohomish County region since graduation. Her career has brought her from Mount Vernon to lake stevens, and she became part of the Juanita Hills Animal Hospital Team in June of 2022. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry/dental surgery, preventative medicine, and reproduction. In the future, she would like to start working on orthopedic surgical cases as well.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She has a herd of 6 French Bulldogs (Jazzie, Lilah, Nizmo, Diddy, Lilly, and Bruno) and 3 goats (Ellie, Eleanor, and Evie). She enjoys helping animals in underprivileged areas and was able to work with World Vets on a spay/neuter mission and hopes to be able to travel more in the future to help more animals in need.
