Appointment Policy

Due to an increasing number of “no shows” and same day cancellations, combined with a high demand for services, there will be a charge for missed appointments and cancellations. The charge for missed appointments or late cancellations is $65.00.

Our goal is to provide care to all our patients and to respect not only the Doctors time, but the concerns of a tightly booked schedule. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need prompt medical care.

If you will be arriving late for your scheduled appointment time, please notify us, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but realize that we will see all scheduled-on time appointments as our priority. We appreciate your patience, and understanding.
